Why are you asking for this support



Please provide evidence that you use heating oil, this evidence can be items such as
  • a recent invoice or delivery receipt
  • bank statement showing payment to a heating oil supplier
  • tenancy agreement confirming oil based heating

If you are unable to attach your evidence to the application form please email your evidence to support@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk with either your council tax account number or your address in the subject line

Please be aware if you select this option this is for regular support for food.  This help will not be an immediate food voucher. 

Your details will be passed to the Rainbow Centre in Folkestone. They will then contact you, and an assessment will be made of the support that can be offered. This help could include subsidised use of their food pantry. Alternatively, you can contact them directly on 0808 2082138.

If you are experiencing a financial crisis, Kent County Council (KCC) can help with Crisis payments for essential costs if you face a serious financial shock. 
This help could include but is not limited to, food/supermarket vouchers, energy payments, white goods, beds and mattresses.
